Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
